For most Thermaltake keyboards, you can make custom key bindings. These key bindings can do anything from simple shortcuts like copy and paste to making custom keystrokes for specific tasks. It is important to remember that while some keyboards can do this on the fly, or without software, for the most part, our iTake software is required.
Below is a screenshot of the iTake software Macro page detailing what each button and function can do. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with its functions.
Once you familiarized yourself with its various functions, below is how you record your Macro.
Step 1:
Add a new macro and modify its name.
Step 2:
Select the delay method used to record the macro.
Step 3:
Press the record button.
Step 4:
Enter the sequence to be recorded from the keyboard, then press the stop
button to complete the recording.
For some keyboards, you may need to click the Gaming key in order to activate and use the recording you just made. Other than that, this guide is a simple way to record Macros using the iTake software.
