If you have any of our RGB products, not to be confused with ARGB, this is a guide on how to use our software. The software is available for download at this link.
If you come to a screen that looks like the screenshot below, there are one of three situations occurring. Either your hardware is not configured correctly, or the controller is bad, or your product doesn't use a controller and instead uses the "Lighting" option or the settings window. You can access the settings window by clicking on the cog wheel in the upper right-hand corner. If you are using any of our RGB Fans, Memory, or LCD panels, continue below for configuration.
After installing the hardware you should end up with a screen like below. In this example, we are using only one controller and no hardware attached. Note the slots are numbered 1-5. Remember which product is plugged into which spot because the next step will require you to find your product amongst the products listed below, drag and drop it onto the number that is relevant to the plugged-in product.
Next, move over to the "Lighting" option. Here you will see various products that are in use. For our example, we have a Riing Quad fan chosen as our product. There are many options available for the products with multiple LED lines in our software. Start by clicking on the LEDs on the fan represented in the main area. Then choose the effect you want, then the colors you want. Make sure to click apply otherwise it will not save the changes you have made. You can choose different effects for different LEDs. Start be selecting the LEDs you want to affect, choose the effect you want, then the color scheme you want to apply, then click apply. This also applies to our Toughram.
Some Thermaltake hardware has special settings that can be found by clicking on the cog wheel in the upper right-hand corner. You will come to something that looks like below. Here you can customize various things, in this example, we are seeing the settings for a TH360 Ultra V2. Here we can customize the logo both on start-up and stand-by. Note: The Ultra V2 series is currently the only piece of hardware that will use our software and the motherboard software for management.
Our software also has other system information about your PC hardware. If you move over to the "My PC" tab you will see a screen that looks like the one below. Here you can see various pieces of information including load, temperature, memory allotment, and more. This is all useful information for monitoring your PC's health overall. You may also see an option "Fan Speed." This is where you would configure how fast you want your fans to go or if you want them to react to the temperature of the system.
And those are the basics of how to use our software. We hope this was helpful in getting you started. We understand that the software can be complicated and more guidance maybe necessary.
