So your hardware finally failed? That's unfortunate, but luckily there is a solution for this issue. All of our products carry a 1-10 year warranty depending on what hardware you have. *It is important to note, you will need access to your purchasing receipt to file an RMA with us. Without it, an RMA cannot be processed.
To start the RMA process, first you will need to go to this link: https://help.thermaltakeusa.com/hc/en-us. Once you are on that page, check to make sure your product is within warranty. You can do that by clicking on the Warranty Policy button. If you are familiar with our policies you can click the eRMA service button instead.
This page will have everything you need to know about our RMA policy including shipping, time frames, and exceptions to the warranty policy. You can choose a specific part at the top of the page which looks like the image below.
Here you can pick which ever hardware you have and read the policy for it. This will include the specific hardware's warranty time frame. Once you have read through the warranty policy and are ready to file an eRMA click the eRMA Service on the left hand side of the web page, as shown below.
Once you click on the button it will take you to a policy agreement page. The agree check box at the bottom will allow you to click on the Agree button and proceed to the page where we collect your information. Fill out the various fields with your information such as where to ship the replacement, your model, and upload your proof of purchase. * It is important to note that ONLY JPG or PDF formats below 2mb will be accepted, if you try to use any other format or are above that size limitation, the form will not submit.
If you submitted your RMA correctly, the RMA page will open a new page and give you a ticket number like below. Note the RMA number, as that is the reference to look up the RMA for any inquiries. An RMA agent will review the RMA and approve or deny it within 1-3 business days. We will communicate with you through the RMA system for anything else that is needed.
