Since most E-ATX motherboards are not standardized, we cannot be certain. Post of our cases will tell you the exact measurements that are supported by each form factor. Always check specifications for measurements.
If you decide to go with a smaller case that happen to support E-ATX sizing, be aware that sometimes grommots get covered which can limit cable management. Also, even when the sizing is the same, there maybe mounting points that do or don't get used depending on the manufacturer.
